2. Additional agreements (scope, waivers, SLA)
For security services, it is customary for us to make additional agreements regarding scope, test windows, responsibilities, waivers, reporting format, and any service levels (SLAs). These agreements are recorded in the proposal, order confirmation, and/or statement of work (SOW) and apply in addition to the general terms and conditions.
